FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of placing the order with the exception of orders placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday), orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your order once the order has shipped with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped with full tracking from our nearest warehouse based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

We use our shipping partners such as: Royal Mail, Hermes & DHL.

These are estimated times based on current delivery times*.

USA and Canada: 7 - 10 business days
UK, Europe: 7 - 15 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 15 working days

Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes faster. You will receive a shipping email when your order has shipped, but please check your SPAM/Junk box in case it has ended up there. If you can't find your shipping email or think you've deleted it, you can contact us via the contact form and we can provide you with real-time information on whether or not your order has been shipped.

My item is broken or damaged, what can I do?

A. If your product is damaged, please email us via the Contact Us page. We are not responsible for any damage to boxes, crates or other packaging. We always ensure that the product is adequately protected. But it is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care and we have no control over this.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order several items at a time, they may be sent separately, as the products are sent from different warehouses that we own. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once...you will!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do that?

We always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes provided your order has not already been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, we cannot change the order, but we always welcome a return if you wish.

My order still hasn't arrived please help?

First, don't worry about it being on its way. If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks from dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate for you. We encourage you to set aside this time before contacting us. We offer a money back guarantee or resend your order.

I wrote the wrong address on my order, can I change it?

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped or processed, we can easily update your delivery address. If the order has been shipped or processed, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email after I ordered?

There is a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still can't find it and would like it sent again, please let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get one?

When you receive your sent email it will mostly be in there, if not you can send an email using the contact form for an update on your tracking. It may take 1-3 days before your tracking is updated in the system from the carriers.
